Nephi District Court is the district court of Juab county in the Fourth Judicial District of Utah.

Juab County was first formed around 1852 and reduced in subsequent years to its present size. The first pioneers in this county relied mainly on agriculture; however when silver, gold, copper and other precious metals were discovered in the Tintic region around 1869, several mining towns were created and the mining industry here continued until the middle of the 1900's. The Juab County fair is held annually, in early August, at the Juab County fairgrounds in Nephi. At this fair their are exhibits of livestock, clothing, floriculture, food, needlework, fine arts, photography, hobbies & handicrafts, woodworking, fruits & vegetables, crops, FFA, 4-H, poultry and rabbits. In addition there are many demonstrations and events.
