One of the most unique feature in Hooper is that they have a UFO watch tower. Not without a reason though! Several Unidentified flying objects were spotted in the sky scapes of this city in nights. The City being located in a valley is ideally secluded from the busy streets like other cities. It is very quiet and serene and ideal for UFO spotting because of the wilderness of the valley. The city is located at 7600 feet already and you do not need to be any higher to spot these.
