The Pinon Canyon is a beautiful place but the expansion plan is interfering with the wildlife interests. Herds of deer and antelope crowd the highway and you also get to see the rare foxes, coyotes, hawks and even the ring neck pheasants if lucky! However the unfortunate or the ugly truth is that people who live in such abundance do not appreciate and people who visit from big cities are bewildered by it!
