After the World War II, Bill carter and Owen Holmes started growing and selling flowers here. Many people bought them during Easter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and any other important event. They were mainly growing orchids and today there is a beautiful shop still selling orchids from the same plantation. The plantation is worth a visit and ahs a beautiful arboretum with most exotic flowers.
