The village of Irvington is located along the Hudson River, north of New York City in the Town of Greenburgh. The Irvington Town Hall Theater is an exact replica of Washington DC's Ford's Theatre. The Old Croton Aqueduct Trailway runs through Irvington.

Clerk: M-Th 8-4. Session every Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. Small claims sessions are held on the 1st Tues of every month.
