| About the area |
Cornelius is a small city in the heart of the Silicon Forest of Oregon with a population around 11000. The city was settled by an Army Colonel who served twenty years in the Oregon Legislature, raised a regiment of volunteer cavalry and for a time ran a sawmill. Harleman park one of six city parks is a small town site with facilities for adult or big kids with small and large ball fields and small and large soccer fields. Take heed all you Blueberry lovers; the annual Blueberry festival is held here each July. |
